You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone

Living in St. Rose, along the Mississippi River's industrial corridor, means many people carry the weight of real struggle in silence. Whether you're battling addiction, anxiety, depression, or the echoes of past trauma, you know how heavy it gets. The people here work hard, love deeply, and deserve support that meets them where they actually are, not judgment about how they got there.

Integrative Recovery Therapies serves St. Rose residents through telehealth, bringing whole-person care right to your home. We treat mental health and substance use together because they're connected, and we do it without shame. Change is possible when someone listens and actually understands.

The Kind of Care St. Rose Deserves

St. Rose residents face real pressures from the petrochemical industry that shapes the local economy, bringing both opportunity and stress. When work is demanding or uncertain, mental health and addiction struggles often follow quietly. Our community deserves support that understands these specific challenges and treats people with genuine care, not judgment. Local counseling and recovery services help neighbors build stronger foundations for themselves and their families.

You Are Treated as a Peer

No labels, no lecturing. Every client is treated with dignity, like a member of our own family.

Whole-Person, Integrated Care

Mental health and addiction are treated together, not in separate silos. Because they are rarely separate.

Questions About Mental Health Care in St. Rose

Our convenient local access makes it easy for residents throughout the River Parishes region to receive compassionate care. Beyond our immediate service area, we also offer telehealth sessions, allowing us to extend our therapeutic services to individuals across Louisiana. Yes. Integrative Recovery Therapies accepts both Medicaid and Medicare, as well as select commercial insurance plans and private pay options. We believe quality mental health and addiction care should be accessible regardless of income or insurance status. Please call us at (504) 229-2244 to confirm your specific plan before your first appointment.

Our IOP runs Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6 to 9 PM, specifically so you can maintain your work and family commitments. Groups typically include around eight participants and focus on psychoeducation, skills training, peer support, and relapse prevention. IOP is a strong fit for people who need more structure than weekly therapy provides but do not require residential care. If you are unsure whether IOP is the right level of care, we will assess that together honestly during your intake conversation.

That is one of the most honest and important questions someone can ask. Many people have been through systems that treated them as a diagnosis rather than a whole person, or that separated their mental health from their addiction, or that relied on shame and compliance rather than genuine connection. At IRT, we build trust before technique. Sessions are never rushed or checklist-driven. We treat addiction and mental health together, address the underlying emotional and relational experiences, and stay with you even when the process is not linear. If we are not the right fit after all, we will say so honestly and help you find someone who is.

This Is Recovery That Is Human

If you've been thinking about reaching out, we're here in St. Rose, ready to listen with honesty and without judgment, whenever you're ready to take that step.
