Compassionate, whole-person counseling for individuals and families in Pearl River and the surrounding area. We treat addiction, trauma, and mental health together, not in separate silos.
If you're struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, or trauma here in Pearl River, you already know how heavy that weight can feel. Whether you're working along the Mississippi River or raising a family in our tight-knit community, pain has a way of following you home. You might feel like you're supposed to handle it alone, but you don't have to.
Integrative Recovery Therapies is here for Pearl River residents who are ready for real support. We offer telehealth counseling that treats your whole self, addressing both mental health and substance use together, without shame. Recovery is possible, and you deserve care that meets you where you are.
Pearl River's proximity to petrochemical plants and oil industry work creates real stress for families managing job uncertainty and safety concerns. Mental health and addiction support matter here because people dealing with industrial pressures, past hurricane impacts, and economic shifts deserve care that understands their specific challenges. Compassionate treatment means meeting folks where they are, addressing both the practical worries and the deeper struggles that often come alongside them.
No labels, no lecturing. Every client is treated with dignity, like a member of our own family.
Mental health and addiction are treated together, not in separate silos. Because they are rarely separate.
We believe in honesty. We will challenge you respectfully, and we will stay with you when the work is hard.

Yes. Integrative Recovery Therapies accepts both Medicaid and Medicare, as well as select commercial insurance plans and private pay options. Our IOP runs Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6 to 9 PM, specifically so you can maintain your work and family commitments. Groups typically include around eight participants and focus on psychoeducation, skills training, peer support, and relapse prevention. IOP is a strong fit for people who need more structure than weekly therapy provides but do not require residential care. If you are unsure whether IOP is the right level of care, we will assess that together honestly during your intake conversation.
That is one of the most honest and important questions someone can ask. Many people have been through systems that treated them as a diagnosis rather than a whole person, or that separated their mental health from their addiction, or that relied on shame and compliance rather than genuine connection. At IRT, we build trust before technique. Sessions are never rushed or checklist-driven. We treat addiction and mental health together, address the underlying emotional and relational experiences, and stay with you even when the process is not linear. If we are not the right fit after all, we will say so honestly and help you find someone who is.
If you've been carrying this alone in Pearl River, we're here to listen with honesty and without judgment, whenever you're ready to take that first step.
